Our Approach

We aim to collaborate with organizational leaders, early educators, parents, community members, advocates and policymakers to change laws and regulations that impact the field of early care and education; raise awareness about important issues, such as systems that perpetuate low compensation structures, worker's emotional/mental distress and low job satisfaction; and ensure that all children have access to high quality early learning experiences.

Qualitative Research Design
Qualitative Research Approach
The most effective way to impact policies and laws is by capturing the voice of those most impacted by systemic inequalities, such as children, families and early education professionals. We design and implement research projects that seek to better understand their lived experiences. Then, we use their collective voices and partnerships to assist organizational leaders and policymakers in designing early education systems at the institutional, local, state and national levels that are rooted in equity, inclusivity and liberation.
