Dr. Adams have been serving in the field of early care and education for almost 30 years. She has served as both family and group child care program owner/director. Additionally, she has served as a professor at the college and university sectors for almost 25 years where she develops culturally responsive curriculum, spearhead department initiatives and lead qualitative research studies.
